St. Luke’s Cornwall Home Care offers the most compassionate, dependable home health care in the region. In an effort to provide the most reliable and dependable care all of our staff are certified, licensed and insured, and undergo criminal background and drug screenings. We require our staff to participate in continuing education classes. Some topics include Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Hospice, Cardiac Care, Diabetes and Etiquette.

Companion Care Services in the hospital. When your family can’t be there, we’ll be by your side.
Don’t Go Home Alone Discharge Services. This program is designed to assist you and your family with a safe discharge from the hospital emergency room or after Ambulatory Surgery. To ease the transition back home, services provided may include but are not limited to: picking up medication, meal preparation, light housekeeping and companionship.
