SLCH Announces Promotion and Addition to Executive Team
Newburgh, NY –St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital (SLCH) announced the promotion of Jill Barton to Vice President of Finance, and welcomed an addition to the team, Maureen Doran, as Vice President of Planning and Business Development.
Ms. Barton, a current member of SLCH’s Executive team and 25 year employee has been promoted to Vice President of Finance. She is an expert in measuring the financial impact of healthcare reform and will continue to focus on SLCH’s financial operations.
“It is my goal to ensure the hospital has the resources it needs to provide the best quality of care,” said Barton. “I look forward to the challenges we face with Health Care Reform and am committed to my hometown, community hospital.”
Maureen Doran, MBA, and a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives (FACHE), has been appointed Vice President of Planning and Business Development. Doran possesses nearly 25 years experience in business development, physician integration and planning. Having previously served as an Associate Vice President of Physician Practice Development Administrator, Managed Care at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York City, Doran is an expert in physician-hospital partnerships, which is essential for the progression of SLCH’s mission.
