Newburgh, NY – St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital (SLCH) joined others in the community for Newburgh’s second annual Community Cleanup on May 12. More than 50 members of the SLCH hospital team participated in the cleanup efforts, covering Dubois Street and the surrounding areas. Additionally, more than 150 community members focused on South Street, Renwick Street and points east.
“The SLCH volunteers and members of the community were able to make a noticeable difference in the streets of Newburgh,” said Sue Sullivan, Vice President, Advancement and Government Affairs. “It was both a rewarding and valuable experience, and the response was incredible.” We are committed to working in collaboration with our community partners to revitalize Newburgh.”
If you’d like to participate in future Cleaning and Greening efforts in the City of Newburgh, please contact LaAsia Baldwin at 845-568-2391.
