In a moment of quick thinking, Bridget began to perform CPR on an unconscious, unresponsive patient driven to the Emergency Department.

Now that it’s nice and warm out its time to jump in the pool. Use these tips to avoid shoulder injuries while swimming. Use good, symmetrical body rotation. Hand entry into the water is finger tip first, not thumb first despite what you may have been taught when you learned to swim! Avoiding midline crossover at the front of the stroke, maintain good upper body posture. Keep a bend in the elbow when doing overhand strokes.
